Client Satisfaction Survey

In divorce and family law, we are never able to predict precisely how long your case will take, how much it will cost, or what the outcome will be. Many of these things depend on your opposing party and how cooperatively you are able to work together. But regardless of the complexities of your case, it is always our goal that you are happy and satisfied with the service provided by our office.

We know that we can always benefit from your feedback. We believe that this survey should take less than 5 minutes. To thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, we would be pleased to thank you with a $25 credit to your bill, or a $25 gift card to Starbucks or Target. You are welcome to return and complete the survey at another time in the future, but we will only offer you a credit or gift card the first time you complete the survey.

Your responses will go to our office manager, Winnie, who typically has no contact with our clients. In this way we can provide your feedback anonymously to our staff if that is what you prefer.

  • On a scale of 1 to 10, ten being the best, please answer the following questions. How has your experience been with:

  • You must provide a name to receive a credit or gift card.
